About You & the Role

As a doorman, you play a crucial role in creating the experience that guests have throughout their visit, from arrival to departure, where you conduct age checks and greet guests in a respectful and inviting manner. To thrive and excel in this role, we believe you love meeting people; you are a social chameleon who easily welcomes various types of individuals and makes them feel genuinely warm and invited without compromising legal requirements. Guest safety and compliance with regulations are of utmost importance, which makes accuracy and clarity essential traits for you. Moving around the venue to manage flows to appropriate areas and thereby create an even better guest experience is something we see as very positive. In other words, you are key to ensuring that the guest's overall impression exceeds expectations! The role is highly service-oriented, and we consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in service, preferably within the restaurant industry.

Scope: 50%. Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period.
