As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be both a strategic and technical leader within the security organization. The team consists of four other Cybersecurity Engineers belonging to the Nordic organization and working within the staff function. As part of the team, you will have significant trust and influence over security architecture, incident management, and overall risk management – while being practically involved in protecting systems and data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Develop and refine PostNord Strålfors' cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with IT management and development teams
• Identify, analyze, and manage advanced threats to infrastructure and applications
• Design and manage processes for incident management, vulnerability management, and continuous security monitoring
• Be a trusted advisor and point of contact on security issues – from technical teams to the management group
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize security technologies and tools
• Support compliance work (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has worked for several years in cybersecurity, preferably in complex and business-critical environments
• Has technical expertise in network security, application security, cloud security, and identity and access management (IAM)
• Is well-versed in security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, log management, and automation
• Has practical experience in incident management, risk assessments, and security audits
• Is accustomed to communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders – and understands the business impact of security
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have

• Experience managing and administering Elasticsearch and/or other search and observability platforms (e.g., OpenSearch, Loki)
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CISM, or equivalent
• Experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD security environments
• Background from regulated industries (e.g., finance, public sector, energy)
• Experience in cloud security with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
