About the position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. Initially, you will be employed by Bravura, but it is stated that Säkerhetsteknik intends to offer you a position with them in the long term. Job responsibilities
As customer and business support, you will work for both the administrative and operational parts of the business. In your role, you will collaborate internally with your administrative colleagues as well as technicians, salespeople, and project managers, and externally with customers and suppliers.
You will manage the entire order process from ordering to order placement, technician contact, follow-up, and approval of orders. You will work in various customer portals and handle feedback to these. Furthermore, you will manage everything from invoicing questions, credits, complaints to general inquiries. You will also handle the reception and coding of supplier invoices and actively participate in streamlining the process. You will also be involved in ensuring that the financial flows work efficiently and are correct.
In case of technical questions or challenges, you will act as a central coordinator and collaborate closely with technicians to quickly find a solution. An important part of your job is to maintain a high level of service through your professional and service-oriented approach, thereby contributing to high customer satisfaction.
The position is divided between Malmö and Helsingborg with approximately equal time at each office.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- At least a high school education
- Several years of work experience in customer service and administration
- Very good computer and system skills
- Very good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of English – spoken
- Driving license B
We are looking for someone with a good sense of service who enjoys interacting with people. You are confident in handling customer inquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience. You work methodically and structured even when “things are hectic” – meaning that even under high workload, you maintain a calm demeanor and high quality in your work.
Furthermore, you are engaged and happy to come up with ideas and suggestions for improvement. You are self-driven but appreciate working in a team. You understand the importance of a professional and friendly approach and are happy to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office.
