What does the job of a Physiotherapist at Norlandia Elderly Care entail?

In your role as a physiotherapist at Timansstenar, you will contribute your specific professional expertise by rehabilitating our residents. Teamwork is a prerequisite within the organization. In addition to having a great opportunity to plan and manage your own work, you will also actively work in a team with occupational therapists, nurses, and nursing assistants. Together with the entire team at Timansstenar, you will help create the conditions necessary for our residents to have a "Good Life Every Day".

About Timansstenar nursing home

Timansstenar is located in the beautiful Ljungaviken in Sölvesborg. The facility has 60 places spread over 3 floors. Each department accommodates 10 people, and 3 of the departments are for individuals with dementia. We work in teams at Timansstenar, and you will always be close to your colleagues. In addition to nursing assistants, we also have nurses, occupational therapists, team leaders, and a facility manager on-site, and we all work to provide our residents with a good life every day!

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of Physiotherapist, we believe you are a person who wants to make a difference and contribute to creating a Good Life – Every day for our residents. You should enjoy collaborating with others and have the ability to adapt your communication based on your audience. You contribute to a positive work climate and share our values.

  • We are looking for a licensed Physiotherapist.
  • Previous experience as a Physiotherapist in elderly care is highly meritorious.
  • You need to have good knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • You master the Swedish language well in both spoken and written form
  • We prefer that you have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ (international and national classifications and coding systems)
  • We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations

We are a family-owned company with more than 15 years of experience in elderly care. We offer exciting workplaces from Boden in the north to Malmö in the south. Currently, we operate around 50 nursing homes with our head office in Stockholm and an accounting and payroll office in Skene. Employment type: Permanent

Extent: part-time as agreed

Start date: As agreed

Probationary period: we apply a 6-month probationary period

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
