We are now looking for an administrative star for our client in Gothenburg

Our client is seeking a self-driven and service-oriented administrator who can support both the VP of AMT and the site manager for AMT's operations in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be an important resource to ensure a well-functioning office and smooth internal processes.

You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, focusing on structure, communication, and coordination – becoming a central point for the daily work in the office.

Knowledge You have good experience in administrative work within larger organizations and are comfortable with everything from simple data entry and document management to coordinating logistics for office events and internal relocations.

Experience You have 2–5 years of experience in similar roles where you have worked independently within general frameworks. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a role with varied tasks.

Work Style You are structured, meticulous, and can create order even in intensive periods. You communicate clearly and are used to acting as a service partner to multiple stakeholders within the organization.

Administrative support to leaders on-site

Management of office supplies and orders

Coordination of meetings, internal events, and office relocations
