At SEVR – Finance made possible, we are currently about 70 colleagues, of which about 15 work within our operations for accounting and payroll consultants. The whole SEVR will be your team, but you will primarily work together with your colleagues in Accounting, where you will now be two payroll consultants.

It is important that you are curious and want to delve into new areas and thrive in an environment where you act as an advisor both internally and towards customers. SEVR Accounting primarily works with medium-sized and small customers in a digitally driven environment with a strong focus on development and teamwork.

As a Payroll Consultant with us, you will manage and be responsible for the entire payroll process for our customers operating in various industries. You need to be confident in payroll management. The role of a payroll consultant includes, among other things:

• managing ongoing payroll processing for several customers

• quality assuring the payroll process

• participating in producing statistics and reporting such as accounting documentation, vacation liabilities, and documentation for employer declarations to our customers

• as well as setting up routines and processes

• experience with collective agreements is an advantage

This is a consulting role where you will have close collaboration with your customers and colleagues. The work is primarily performed at your own office on Fredsgatan, but may also involve work at the customer’s site.

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience working as a payroll consultant. We also believe that you have a relevant education from a vocational school. You have a strong interest in payroll and want to continue developing in the field, and you enjoy working as an advisor to customers. You feel confident in your payroll expertise and its laws and regulations and have a knack for and interest in system-related work.

Furthermore, you thrive in customer contact and are driven to provide the best service together with your colleagues. At the same time, you are not afraid to take your own initiatives, work proactively, and drive the work forward. You see the details and work in a structured manner.
