Economy & Payroll Administrator for Upcoming Assignment!

About the Positions

In the role of Finance Assistant / Payroll Administrator, you will have a broad and varied daily routine. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll calculations and processing for both salaried and hourly employees
  • Preparation of payroll statistics and quality control of payroll data
  • Issuing employer certificates
  • Contact with authorities and external parties
  • Handling customer and supplier invoices

You will also support the finance department with other administrative tasks, such as:

  • Receipt management
  • Reconciliation of travel logs
  • Handling incoming mail and switchboard
  • Coordinating IT and telephony issues
  • Internal communication and updating social media

About the Candidate We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented experience in payroll administration
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and finance
  • Experience working with Crona Lön, Business Central, and Excel (meritorious)

Examples of Relevant Education:

  • Vocational training in Payroll Administration, Finance Assistant or Personnel Administration
  • University education in Finance, HR or Administrative Management
  • KY education in Accounting, Payroll Economics or similar

Location & Scope

The assignment is upcoming and may be offered as a full-time or part-time position, depending on the client and needs. We will offer assignments in western Skåne.
