Elite Hotel Frost is our latest addition to the Elite family that opened on May 11 – a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and Norrland charm. Here you have the opportunity to leave your mark on both the hotel and the guest experience.

About the role As a receptionist/spa host, you are the hotel's face to the outside world and play a central role in welcoming and assisting our guests. You will work varied hours – days, evenings, and weekends – and report directly to our reception manager Fia or spa manager Ebba.

Responsibilities in the reception include:

• Check-in and check-out of guests.
• Handling bookings and payments.
• Providing personal service and information about the hotel and Kiruna.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Contributing to providing our guests with a top-class service experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service or reception/spa (preferable but not required).
• Is computer literate and comfortable learning new systems.
• Is a positive and flexible team player who loves meeting people.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team.

Employment form: Employment for occasional days for trial work – with a chance for a permanent position of 20-50%.
