What will you be working on?

As a Group Manager, you have a key role in our FM service delivery, which includes several receptions with a team of receptionists and caretakers. You develop strategies, plan, and lead daily operations to ensure high quality and efficiency. Your role is partially operational, meaning you also work as a receptionist when needed and have overall responsibility for personnel, delivery, customer, and finances.

You inspire and motivate your team to achieve set goals. We value clear communication and strong collaboration within the team. You encourage open dialogue and participation, creating a work environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

Your leadership is secure, solution-oriented, and proactive, where you actively seek practical solutions to challenges before they arise. Examples of tasks included in your role as Group Manager

• Analyze and optimize work processes for increased efficiency and quality
• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth operations
• Train and develop employees and conduct regular performance reviews and follow-ups
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and manage financial and accounting work
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships through business-like dialogue and ongoing follow-up
• Drive improvement and development work, both internally and towards customers
• Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues and employees to create a positive work environment
• Identify and implement practical solutions to challenges before they arise
• Be present and available to support the team in their daily work

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of leadership experience with overall responsibility for finances, personnel, and delivery.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Good skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license B
• Experience in leadership within reception or other service professions is an advantage

• Employment rate: 100%
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
• Start date: As agreed.
• Probationary period: 6 months
