Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a restaurant employee with restaurant experience who, with joy and positivity, wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all the restaurant's guests.

The role includes, among other things, preparation and serving of food and drinks, cash handling, assisting in the cold kitchen, delivering catering, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant Hachi

Restaurant Hachi has its roots in the well-known sushi restaurant Kojis Sushi & Te, which was founded in Luleå in 2007. In the early years, a young and ambitious intern was introduced to Japanese food culture through an internship with Koji. He returned several summers to work and develop his skills in the kitchen.

In 2011, he started working full-time as a sushi chef and quickly became a central part of the restaurant's operations. His passion for sushi and commitment to quality led him to take over the business in 2015.

After several years of hard work and further development of the restaurant, the next step in the journey was taken: in 2022, we changed our name from Sushi & Te to Restaurant Hachi – a name that symbolizes both renewal and respect for tradition.

At Hachi, we strive to combine classic Japanese techniques with modern influences and the highest quality ingredients. We are proud of our journey – from internship to established restaurant – and we look forward to welcoming our guests to an extraordinary taste experience.

The working hours are mostly scheduled Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 9 PM, with evening work possible.
