About the Job

Enji Sushi is a modern and customer-focused sushi restaurant that offers fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented sushi. We are growing and are now looking for an experienced sushi chef who wants to be part of our team!
Job Responsibilities
As a sushi chef with us, you will:
Prepare and cook sushi according to the restaurant's standards.
Work with sashimi, nigiri, and maki as well as other Japanese dishes.
Handle raw fish, rice, and other ingredients in a hygienic and safe manner.
Ensure good quality and attractive presentation of the dishes.
Follow food hygiene procedures HACCP.
Contribute to good cooperation in the kitchen and assist with orders and preparations.
Experience as a sushi chef is a requirement!
Good knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques is a requirement!
Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-conscious.
Ability to work efficiently even under high pressure.
Good hygiene practices!
