Kitchen Team Leader

Do you want to take the next step in the kitchen and combine cooking with responsibility and leadership? Then this could be the role for you!

We are now looking for a kitchen team leader who wants to be a key person in the daily operations. You will work closely with the head chef and the kitchen team, focusing on quality, collaboration, and development.

You will be part of an engaged and cheerful team.

About the role

As a team leader, you are a role model in the kitchen and support your colleagues in their daily work. The role is operational and means that you will participate in cooking while taking on extended responsibilities for structure, planning, and communication.

Your tasks

• Participate in and be responsible for daily cooking
• Support and guide colleagues in recipes, routines, and work methods
• Ensure that hygiene, self-control, and safety routines are followed
• Be a support to the head chef in daily work
• Handle simpler administrative tasks such as emails and orders
• Contribute to a good working climate and a well-functioning team

We are looking for someone who

• Is confident in cooking and has a good understanding of recipes and workflows
• Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys supporting others
• Can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Has an interest in leadership (previous leadership experience is a plus)
