We are looking for extra staff for the reception and see that you:

• are genuinely interested in people and service
• have good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• handle check-in and check-out, phone and email as well as managing bookings, invoices, cash, conference bookings, and reviews
• During the shift, you are responsible for keeping the reception area and other premises welcoming.
• Be helpful to our guests before, during, and after their stay and ensure they have the best possible experience
• Have a high level of competence and always stay updated on the work in the reception and be solution-oriented.
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable with rapid changes
• Can work all types of shifts day/evening and night

About us

Piteå Stadshotell is a 4-star city hotel in central Piteå, opened in 1906, we have a historic environment with a modern offering, and the 94 hotel rooms have different characters. Here come those who want a pleasant stay close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. We are a natural meeting place for tourists, business travelers, and locals. Our focus is on personal service and guest satisfaction.

Restaurant Fiore is part of Piteå Stadshotell. Here we have about 240 seats in the restaurant, a banquet hall for about 200-300 seated guests.

We serve overnight guests breakfast and conference guests morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner. We also have many à la carte guests for lunch and dinner. In the banquet hall, weddings or special occasions are often celebrated when it is not used for corporate events. For larger groups, we offer specially composed menus and arrangements.
