As a shift leader at Hotell Storforsen, you play a key role in the guest experience. You are the first person our guests meet and the last they see before they leave.
The job as a shift leader involves leading the reception team while also performing daily tasks within the department. You are involved in planning and manage scheduling for the team.
The position includes:
- Responsible for the operations in the reception
- Leading daily service work and ensuring a high level of service
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction
- Responsible for scheduling according to the needs of the business
- Ensuring that the reception staff is quality-conscious and works in line with the hotel's vision of four-star service
- Supporting the planning and execution of conferences
In this role, you are expected to always work solution-oriented and with a genuine service focus. For you, there are no obstacles – only opportunities to find the best solution for the guest.
