Do you want to set the tone for guests' experiences right at the door? We are now looking for a front desk host with a strong focus on service, safety, and a warm welcome at Elite Hotel Frost & Bishop Arms in Kiruna.

About the role

As a front desk host, you are the first person our guests meet, making you an important part of the overall experience. Your mission is to make all visitors feel welcome, seen, and safe.

The job includes, among other things:

• Opening the entrance door and welcoming guests
• Answering questions and guiding guests correctly
• Showing where table reservations are located
• Checking age
• Being visible and available in your work area

Please note that the role of a front desk host is not to be equated with security work, but has a full focus on service and hospitality.

About the position

Working hours: Evening hours on weekends and during special events

Employment type: Hourly employment, as needed

Hourly wage: According to agreement

Workplace: Elite Hotel Frost & Bishop Arms, Kiruna

You will receive an introduction at the workplace and support until you feel safe and comfortable in the role.
