Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a restaurant staff member who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center, with joy and positivity. With enthusiasm, you will deliver outstanding service to all guests of the restaurant.

The role includes preparation and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant MR Tallkronan

MR Tallkronan is a military restaurant located at F21 Luleå. Here we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily to about 200-300 guests per meal. The job also includes serving coffee and lunch at the mess located on the premises. On special occasions, we also serve finer lunches and dinners in varying sizes both in the dining room and mess. We are open every day of the week, with the exception of certain weekends and holidays.

Our team consists of about 11 employees, and we are looking for someone who is positive, independent, and enjoys working in a team. We are currently looking for both a full-time employee and part-time help as needed.

It is important to note that we operate within a protected area, so a background check and confidentiality certificate are required. The background check must be without remarks, and you must be a Swedish citizen to gain access to the area. A car is required to reach the area as there are no buses.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to be efficient
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high service level throughout the day
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given
• You see your significance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You can take your own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus
• A driving license (B) is required
