ABOUT the role you are applying for

We are looking for someone who truly wants to make an impact in an exciting role! You will be responsible for a team of both installers and service technicians, where delivery, customer, and results are the focus. Our services include repairs, maintenance, preventive maintenance, warehousing, and installations.

To succeed in your role, you will have support through a good system structure regarding planning, follow-up, and execution. You will also work closely with competent service coordinators for the distribution and management of ongoing administration in daily operations.

• Daily management of staff to ensure we meet good delivery standards
• Ongoing customer contact to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Invoicing and financial follow-up based on set goals
• Actively participate in daily work
• Location: Gothenburg
