Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, part of Korall Group, now has the opportunity to offer you a strategic key role as Insight & Analytics Manager. This role is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will work with your team to drive business value through data, insights, and analysis. You will have many points of contact both internally and externally, and as a natural part of your role, you will have ample opportunity to express your innovative and forward-leaning approach. 

ABOUT THE ROLE As Insight & Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the business and the management team and be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the insights and analytics function, including budget and competency planning
• Maintaining and further developing the team's tools, methods, and processes
• Driving a Data-as-a-Service mindset where the organization has access to the right data in an accessible and usable way
• Being the product owner for our BI platform (Power BI) and GA4, responsible for the roadmap, backlog, and business requirements
• Communicating complex insights in an educational and inspiring way to different parts of the organization
• Further developing measurements in customer satisfaction, brand tracking, and customer segmentation
• Working with digital analysis from web, apps, social media, email, and SMS
• Participating in business development projects and supporting other companies within the group with insights.

Tools you will be working with: Power BI, SPSS, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, KVS (in-house developed CRM), Symplify, SurveyMonkey, etc.

This role includes personnel responsibility for our fantastic BI data scientist, and as Insight & Analytics Manager, you will be part of our Experience department. You will report to the Chief Experience Officer. Desired start date is November 1, 2025.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and contributing insights to organizations. You have a good pedagogical ability and experience presenting data to decision-makers. As a natural part of your work, you are self-driven with the ability to plan and drive your own work towards set goals. We believe you are someone who gains energy from inspiring others on how to improve through packaged analyses. You have a good ability to communicate with stakeholders and explain and simplify complex issues. As a person, you are structured and analytical and enjoy combining independent work with collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in statistics, data analysis, mathematics, or equivalent
• Good experience in leadership within analysis, insights, and BI
• Solid experience in digital analysis and tools such as Power BI, GA4, and Tag Manager
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs and further develop structures for follow-up
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to perform statistical analyses using SPSS.

We consider it a merit if you have

• Industry experience from real estate or similar service brokerage businesses
• Certifications in data analysis, BI, or data visualization
• Experience in CRM analysis and tools such as Salesforce or Symplify
• Knowledge of survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, Hotjar, or Contentsquare.

We would also like you to have worked with strategic understanding of brand and campaign evaluation and its impact on sales.
