About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by the Construction Industry's Professional Board.

About the company

The Construction Industry's Professional Board (BYN) is a central player in the construction and civil engineering sector with the mission to ensure that the industry has access to employees who are well-educated, skilled, and ready for the future. By coordinating and developing vocational training, BYN contributes to strengthening the supply of skills throughout the construction chain.

BYN works closely with high schools, adult education, companies, and authorities to create a solid and well-rounded basic education that is complemented by practical elements in workplaces. This ensures that students not only gain theoretical knowledge but also real work experience. At BYN, you will work on important issues related to vocational education alongside engaged colleagues in a changing industry.

BYN actively promotes equality and inclusion within the construction industry, and it is important that you share these values. We hope you will contribute to advancing these issues through your work.

Responsibilities

As an advisor at the Construction Industry's Professional Board (BYN), you will have a central and versatile role focused on supporting individuals, companies, and educational actors within the construction and civil engineering sector. The work includes providing guidance to individuals who want to educate themselves or change career paths within the industry, as well as advising on matters related to vocational certificates and the vocational education agreement that BYN manages.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in the team as well as BYN's partners, educational coordinators, companies, authorities, and trade and industry organizations. Collaboration occurs within various projects where you may also be responsible for producing well-founded decision-making materials for BYN's working committee, board, or other partners. An important part of the role is to ensure the quality of educational materials and ensure that the training meets the industry's needs. The role requires self-leadership, the ability to structure and present information, and to work communicatively both in writing and verbally. You will participate in meetings, represent BYN in external contexts, and maintain ongoing contact with partners such as educational providers.
