About the assignment

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, find solutions, and ensure that each customer receives the best possible service. We are looking for someone who is communicative, service-oriented, and detail-oriented.

We are looking for you who:

- Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

- Have a completed high school education

- Have experience or a strong interest in service

- Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus
