The position is located within the Private Equity and Real Estate team, where you will play a central role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high quality in both accounting, investor services, and reporting.

The Role

In the role of Client Services Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a portfolio of Private Equity and real estate funds. You will ensure high-quality delivery within investor services, fund accounting, and reporting – in accordance with applicable regulations and agreements. You will handle investor transactions, NAV calculations, annual reports, and act as a key contact for the client.

You will also play an important role in guiding junior colleagues, supporting during audits, and contributing to internal improvement processes. The role is broad and requires both financial competence and good communication skills, in an environment where you can develop alongside an experienced team 

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with good experience in accounting and fund administration, preferably within Private Equity or real estate funds. You are meticulous, self-driven, and enjoy having client contact. You like working in an international environment and have the ability to juggle many tasks at once. You are also accustomed to working against deadlines and have a natural sense of structure.

You are a person who sees opportunities, takes responsibility, and is used to working proactively both independently and in teams.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Experience in fund administration or a similar industry
• Good knowledge of IFRS and/or Swedish accounting principles (K3)
• Excellent skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Audit experience
• Experience with Private Equity or real estate funds
• Previous work with Allvue or similar fund systems
• Experience in investment accounting, IRR calculations, and NAV reporting
• Previous responsibility for client dialogue and coordination with internal teams
