As an Accounting Manager, you will lead a team of three located in Östermalm, Stockholm, and San José, USA. You will be responsible for driving and participating in daily accounting tasks as well as reporting according to US GAAP and SEC regulations. The role is central to ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance. You will report to the CFO.

Main responsibilities - Team management and leadership - Handle monthly and annual financial statements - Be responsible for external reporting and preparation of annual reports - Lead financial analysis, planning, and forecasting of cash flows - Prepare tax returns, review transactions, and design internal control systems Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, accounting, or finance. - At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. - Solid knowledge of international and Swedish accounting principles, including IFRS and K3. - Strong communication skills and good leadership qualities. - Fluent in both Swedish and English. - Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Preferred - Good understanding of US GAAP and knowledge of SOX. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems.
