Your Role

As an investigator, you will belong to the Customer Agreements group. You will be one of several investigators and will work administratively with various types of cases within the moving and supplier change processes. In your daily work, you will, among other things, sign electricity network agreements, conduct investigations regarding customer information, prepare reports/statistics, and work with deviation management. The role also involves contacting property owners, electricity trading companies, and partners via email and phone. Your work includes collaborating with colleagues in the team and in other parts of the organization. You may also be involved in ongoing development and process improvement work.

The position is a consultancy assignment, which means you are employed by Clevry and work as a consultant at Ellevio.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have previous administrative experience. For example, you have worked as a case officer or investigator before, preferably in combination with some previous customer-focused role. You have good system familiarity. It is an advantage if you have an academic degree.

You possess a high social competence and enjoy maintaining contacts with both customers and colleagues. You are also a skilled and self-driven problem solver with good analytical skills. We value your ability to take initiative and act as a helpful team player. You have a positive attitude and are structured and efficient in your work. Additionally, you express yourself very well in Swedish and English (spoken and written). It is important that you contribute with your personal leadership where accuracy and a high sense of service are the guiding principles. A background check will be performed for the final candidate. Recruitment Process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the consulting and recruitment company Clevry. We at Clevry believe that soft skills are at least as important as hard skills. Therefore, in this recruitment, when you have applied, you will gain access to a self-assessment test. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the test, after which you will receive a feedback report emailed to you highlighting your soft skills. In a possible interview with Clevry, the answers will be discussed in more detail. You will also gain access to a skills test; our recommendation is to prepare for this.
