Do you want to drive internal communication and event coordination within a growing and data-driven tech area at one of Sweden's most well-known retail companies? We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a coordinating role, and has an eye for communication.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the spider in the web within a dynamic team focused on data and analytics. You will be responsible for coordinating internal initiatives, updating information channels, and supporting larger events such as hackathons and town halls.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the intranet and internal documents

• Support planning and execution of internal events and communication (e.g., newsletters, hackathons)

• Manage distribution lists and information flows

• Handle administrative tasks within the team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience in similar administrative and communication roles

• Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

• Is structured, proactive, and a natural team player
