Do you want to contribute to an important societal mission in healthcare and mental health? We at Sway Sourcing are looking for a solution-oriented administrator who thrives in a role where structure, collaboration, and responsibility are in focus.

You will be a key person in a project aimed at further developing national guidelines for care and support for psychiatric conditions. The work is done together with engaged researchers in areas such as depression, schizophrenia, and suicide prevention – and requires a person who is used to handling many details with quality and integrity.

Examples of tasks:

• Organize digital workspaces and folders

• Schedule meetings, venues, and document

• Record keeping and contract management

• Administer surveys (e.g., Webropol)

• Coordinate larger meetings and seminars

• Travel bookings, participant lists, technical logistics

• Ongoing administration

• Internal, simpler investigations of administrative practices

Who are we looking for?

You who:

• Have experience in qualified administration

• Are comfortable with digital tools

• Have a strong sense of service and structure

• Communicate fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing

• Enjoy working independently but also closely with a team
