Wisentic develops solutions that streamline everything from invoicing to claims handling, facilitating the process for both insurance companies and their customers. In a fast-paced team with a high tempo and strong cohesion, they work with some of the largest insurance companies in the Nordics in an innovative environment with high professionalism.
Wisentic has offices in both Stockholm and Västerås. In this role, you will be based in Stockholm but will regularly visit the office in Västerås as part of the work is done together with the team there. The position requires 100 percent presence in the office.
Responsibilities
This is a new role at Wisentic that is broad and varied, with two main focus areas: administrative support within finance, HR, and office management as well as claims handling. About half of your time will be spent supporting the team with administrative tasks from invoicing and reports to onboarding, meeting bookings, and keeping the office organized. You will be an important person who ensures everything runs smoothly both in everyday life and during events and internal activities. The other part involves claims handling, which means that you will manage incoming cases in the system.
Since the role is new, there is an opportunity to influence and shape the administrative content based on your strengths, motivations, and interests. Here you will have the chance to grow with the tasks, develop within the administrative field, and help shape how the support looks moving forward.
Examples of tasks:
- Manage supplier invoices, invoicing documentation, and some invoicing
- Coordinate meetings internally and externally, support with simpler HR administration
- Follow up and keep track of contracts, documentation, and weekly reports
- Handle office-related tasks and plan e.g. AWs and internal activities
- Claims handling and management of cases in internal systems
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed secondary education
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, with some experience in finance-related tasks
- Good computer and system skills, with basic knowledge of MS Office
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, as well as fluent in English in both speech and writing
- Experience in customer support is an advantage
