Your new role

As a consultant, you will work with strategic sourcing within a defined category or purchasing segment. You will be responsible for identifying and driving cost reductions, developing and implementing strategies, and actively working with supplier relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

- Initiating and leading sourcing activities and negotiations
- Developing and implementing segment strategies
- Coordinating supplier integration with internal stakeholders
- Establishing and developing processes for supplier management and continuous improvement
- Analyzing market dynamics that affect supply and pricing
- Collaborating with internal customers to identify needs, market trends, and define service levels
- At a more advanced level, the role may also include driving transformation initiatives, such as in digitization and sustainability.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing or sourcing work.
• Documented experience in leading negotiations and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to independently drive projects and sourcing initiatives. You have strong analytical skills and experience in following market developments in the purchasing area. Furthermore, you are used to coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues when needed.
