ABOUT THE COMPANY

Today, Wallhamn AB is Sweden's third largest vehicle port and the largest privately owned vehicle port in the country. Furthermore, Wallhamn is the leading private employer in Tjörn municipality, with approximately 250 permanent employees and about 80-100 hourly workers. Wallhamn AB is currently owned by the Italian Grimaldi Group.

No matter where you live, it is easy to reach us. From Gothenburg to Wallhamn, it is only 5-6 miles and takes about 45 minutes to drive. From Kungälv, it takes only 30 minutes and from Ljungskile about 40 minutes.

THE CAR BUILDERS

Within the Car Builders in Wallhamn, our experienced employees work to develop and customize vehicles according to customers' specific requests. Our solutions are often completely unique to the customer, but our focus always remains the same: to offer environmentally friendly, high-quality, and cost-effective alternatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your primary focus will be to handle B2B calls and sales. You will process both new and existing customers via phone and email, which means you actively work to create and maintain long-term customer relationships. Close collaboration with our field sales representatives is also an important part of your role, where you assist with customer bookings and ensure our customers receive the help they need. Additionally, you will follow up on deliveries and constantly investigate customers' needs for new or additional builds, which is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

In the role of inside salesperson and customer service administrator with us, you will have a central role in our organization and be an important part of ensuring that our customers receive the best service and support.

Here’s a closer look at your main tasks:

  • Process new and existing B2B customers via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives and assist them with customer bookings.
  • Register new orders and arrange transport for vehicles.
  • Maintain customer relationships through delivery follow-ups and investigating interest in new builds.
  • Handle quotes and assist with order management.
  • Continuously follow up on outstanding quotes.
  • Participate in the department's development work and work strategically towards set goals.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in processing new and existing B2B customers via phone/email.
  • Approved and completed high school education.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, as this is required in daily work.
  • B driver's license.

PREFERABLE

  • Documented experience from inside sales or customer service.
  • Experience working in business systems.
  • Experience in quote and order management.
  • Experience in processing new and existing B2B customers via phone/email.

OTHER

  • Start: By agreement, preferably no later than February-March
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Employment type: Parental leave replacement for 10 months with good chances of extension
