We are currently looking for a driven property management assistant with leasing responsibility for our residential portfolio in Skövde. So what does property management really involve? Well, fundamentally two things. People and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who are genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who enjoy building relationships as well as taking care of and developing our properties. Generally, the workday involves actively collaborating with property managers and caretakers in their tasks. This includes, for example, inspecting and leasing apartments, handling invoices, collections, and other administration. Furthermore, you will have dialogue with our tenants both via phone, email, and on-site at our properties. We are therefore looking for a person who possesses structure, is passionate about service, and is ready to roll up their sleeves when needed! Every deal counts As a colleague with us, you are expected to enjoy making deals. Your tasks will vary, but the main focus is leasing our rental apartments. You will own the entire leasing process – from marketing the available apartment to signing the lease with the tenant. This includes receiving expressions of interest, contacting customers, conducting viewings, writing contracts, and other administrative management tasks. We would like you to have sales experience as you will actively work with marketing our apartments, and we see it as a given that you want to influence our business moving forward.
