Eltel has won new contracts and is now strengthening district west with more colleagues! We are looking for someone with experience in electrical design and preparation who wants to contribute to building the power grids of the future. Is that you? Then we would love to get to know you!

What are my responsibilities?

🔌As a planner, you are a key player in our projects within the voltage range of 0.4–36 kV. You drive preparations for new construction, renovation, maintenance, and service. The role is broad and involves technical responsibility, coordination with clients and authorities, as well as practical planning. You support projects with planning and risk assessments, ensuring that both our personnel and contractors have the right skills and access. You are an important link between technology, safety, and coordination; here you have the opportunity to influence the entire chain from planning to execution. Specifically, the work includes:

• Design and detailed planning in consultation with the client
• Establishing work instructions, checklists, and work orders
• Material orders and booking of resources
• Management of traffic arrangement plans and permits
• Contacts with landowners, authorities, and subcontractors
• Establishing outage planning and coordinating co-construction projects
• Participating in kick-off meetings and ensuring quality throughout the project

A large part of the work involves keeping all reporting and documentation up to date and ensuring that changes are handled correctly. You will be part of a new department and play an important role in Eltel's effort to develop our offerings in electricity distribution. Travel is required in this position.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Technical high school education in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Alternatively, a relevant designer education in electrical power or equivalent work experience
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Driver's license (B)

It is strongly meritorious if you have:

• experience in local network design within electrical networks.
• experience in contracting work, project activities, and/or investment activities.
• education/certification in EBR, BAS-P/BAS-U
• experience as a distribution electrician

If you have experience and/or interest in HSEQ issues, there may be opportunities to develop in this area in the future.

Additional information

• The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
• The basis for employment is a successful background check (including, among other things, checks of legal disputes and financial status).
