About the job:

You will work together with production management, quality and production engineers, as well as operators with the goal of developing efficient and sustainable manufacturing. Depending on your expertise, it may involve everything from training, digitalization, production technology, sustainability analyses, logistics, process IT, and production control.

The length and content of assignments vary depending on the customer's needs. Work can be done both remotely and on-site. It may also involve longer travels and assignments in other locations.

Education and good competence in:

- Bachelor of Engineering with experience, or equivalent

- Project management and development of production processes and their flows

- Lean and Six Sigma methods

Preferred if you have knowledge in any of the following areas:

- Method studies SAM, AVIXS, PROKON or other methods

- CAD design using 3D/2D tools

- Business systems (Movex, Monitor, SAP)

- Assembly work, welding, and/or painting

- Automation technology (PLC), Vision and/or Scanning

- New technologies such as AI, VR, etc.

- Machine monitoring systems/MES type Balthzar system

- Investment projects, requirement specifications

As a person:

You are interested, analytical, and take the initiative to solve problems. It is also important that you are structured, responsible, and can plan and prioritize your work. The job involves leading technological development and creating relationships. Your ability to inspire, engage, and convey knowledge and changes will therefore be an important part of succeeding in the role. We also want you to have an interest in leading others and the ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues. The assignments require you to master Swedish and preferably English.

Other:

You need to have a B driver's license and access to a car.
