About the Role

As Area Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing one of four areas at Partillebo. You drive the business forward and ensure that both employees and customers thrive and receive high quality in their daily lives. In this role, you are responsible for both apartments and commercial spaces.

The role involves responsibility for operations, maintenance, development, and customer relations within the area. You lead a team of employees and are central to the work of creating a safe, efficient, and service-oriented management. You are part of the management team and report to the head of management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the company's goals within your area
  • Ensure sustainable and efficient operations, maintenance, and development of the property portfolio
  • Budget and financial responsibility for the area as well as ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Coach, lead, and develop employees – focusing on engagement, participation, and a good work environment
  • Work towards high customer satisfaction through present leadership, good service, and strong customer relationships
  • Drive improvement, environmental, and sustainability initiatives within the area
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation
  • Initiate, plan, and drive maintenance projects
  • Be involved in procurement of contractors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the municipality, stakeholders, and other actors to develop our areas

Who Are You

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership, preferably within property or a related industry
  • Academic degree in property technology, construction technology, or equivalent competence
  • Solid experience in property management or similar operations
  • Strategic and operational ability – you can both lead in daily operations and drive development
  • Documented experience in leading teams and creating effective structures
  • Familiar with working with budgets and budget monitoring
  • Able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a strong service mindset
  • Good knowledge of property law and rental legislation
  • Driver's license (the position involves travel within the property portfolio)

We own and manage approximately 4,000 apartments and 250,000 square meters of commercial space and have a strong presence in Partille municipality.
