Machine Designer – Shape the Future of Industrial Solutions with Us

Do you want to work closely with technology, customers, and business while developing advanced machines and cutting-edge systems?

We are now looking for a Machine Designer who wants to take a key role in our design organization and contribute to robust, customized, and sustainable solutions.

About the Role

As a Machine Designer, you will be part of our design unit and report to the Design Manager. The role is broad and developing, with responsibilities from concept to finished solution. You will collaborate closely with colleagues internally and maintain ongoing contacts with customers, agents, and suppliers.

Here, engineering depth is combined with business understanding – where each design must function in real production over time.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop, further develop, and customize complex machines and systems
• Analyze technical requirements and perform design and strength calculations
• Develop customized solutions, quotation materials, and sketch proposals
• Perform drawing work in CAD and be responsible for:
• Creation and updating of design drawings
• Revision and change management
• Actively contribute to technical improvements, standardization, and quality assurance

Responsibilities and Authorities

• Ensure that design work is conducted efficiently and with high technical quality
• Work in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, internal policies, and guidelines
• Initiate and implement technical measures to achieve set goals within given financial frameworks
• Identify deviations and take appropriate corrective actions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines technical competence with structure, responsibility, and curiosity.

We prefer that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• or several years of experience in machine design/system development in a larger organization
• Experience in CAD-based design work
• Good understanding of mechanics, manufacturing, and technical calculations
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• A solution-oriented and business-focused approach
