Our colleagues in rental administration play a central role in ensuring the company's revenue quality and are an important link between the finance department and the management organization.

We are now looking for a rental administrator for our headquarters in Gothenburg!

What we do We are a central control function responsible for Balder's property system and work to ensure high quality, accuracy, and uniform routines in all rental administration. We have a strong focus on development and efficiency, and alongside our daily work, we drive several projects to automate and improve our processes. We have our own business developer in rental administration, and in 2025, the department had 45 different projects, of which 80% are completed as of today. Therefore, we are looking for someone who likes to think outside the box, challenge old routines, and contribute smart ideas.

To give a clear picture of our work, we show how our tasks are usually distributed. The percentage figures describe how much of the working time each task normally encompasses.

• Registering and checking lease agreements and additions in PM (20%)

• Handling payments, direct debit, and accounts receivable (10%)

• Working with terminations, rent increases, credits, and discounts (10%)

• Calculating variable charges, operating settlements, and turnover rents (10%)

• Supporting our managers and colleagues in matters related to rental administration and acting as an extended arm to the finance department (30%)

• Development projects, automating and improving processes (20%)

About you We prefer that you have experience in finance, administration, rental law, and/or the real estate industry, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and develop in the role.

You are meticulous, structured, and analytical, with a digital mindset and enjoy working in various systems. It is a plus if you have experience with PM or Unit4 Property Management or a similar property system. You have good problem-solving skills, are responsible, and feel confident in planning, prioritizing, and managing changes in daily work.

As a person, you are positive, curious, and unpretentious, and you collaborate and communicate easily with others. You will establish a close collaboration with the management organization, the finance department, and your closest colleagues in rental administration. Therefore, we place great importance on your ability to collaborate and your willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
