As a maintenance technician with the client, you will play a central role in ensuring stable operations, high availability, and a safe working environment in production. You will work closely with production, line teams, and maintenance management, where your technical knowledge and analytical skills make a real difference.

The role is both operational and development-oriented, with ample opportunity to influence work methods, processes, and technical solutions.

• Ensure stable operations, high availability, and a safe working environment

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve – using IDA and root cause analyses (BDE)

• Work closely with production, line teams, and machine leaders

• Represent maintenance in DMS, MP&S, and improvement meetings

• Train and support technicians and operators as needed

• Actively participate in the PM pillar and Estrella's improvement work (IWS)

• Work in CheckProof and M3 and contribute to budget and cost awareness

• Have at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong in PLC/automation and have a good mechanical understanding

• Familiar with maintenance systems and digital tools

• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance systems

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

• Team player, analytical, solution-oriented, and curious about improvements

• Lean working methods

Meritorious:Pneumatics, food industry, welding/turning/milling, Lean/Six Sigma

• Be a technical competence resource and representative in problem-solving forums

• Collaborate with internal and external contacts, suppliers, and partners

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, guidance, and training within the organization

• Mandate to order spare parts and external help as needed

• Conduct risk assessments and report incidents and risk observations

• Take responsibility for your own development and set personal goals

• Working hours: Rotating 5-shift

• Employment type: Permanent, 6-month probationary period
