We are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, you need to feel confident in making quick and well-founded decisions, even when circumstances change rapidly. You have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy coordinating flows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that production runs according to plan. The role requires good communication skills and close collaboration with both colleagues and the Production Manager. You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner, with a clear focus on meeting the needs of the business and customers in the best way possible.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing, maintenance, production, logistics, or another industry with flows.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in laundry services.
  • Work experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader.

  • You are self-driven.
  • You enjoy working operationally and like fast-paced environments.
  • You have good experience and knowledge regarding personnel contact, quick responses, and are operational.
  • You enjoy having a communicative role.

About the Role and Responsibilities

As a Production Coordinator, you have a central and operational role where you support both operations and management to ensure an efficient work process and satisfied customers. You have overall responsibility for daily production, where you coordinate workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure that deliveries meet quality and timelines.

You also have leadership responsibilities and serve as support for employees in the organization, alongside shift leaders. Your work is varied and involves a lot of coordination, problem-solving, and contact with different parts of the organization.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators regarding resource consumption and quality.
  • Participate in planning regarding staffing, logistics, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to meetings and help develop routines and processes.

Conditions

Start: January/February 2026, as agreed
Working hours: Office hours 8-17, flexible hours. On-site.
Location: Kungälv.
Extent: Full-time, permanent.
