Gryaab is looking for a dedicated property technician who is passionate about maintenance, problem-solving, and safety. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous property technician to join our team at Gryaab. The person will belong to the property group, which consists of a group manager, technical managers, property technicians, property caretakers, and cleaners. Together, we are responsible for the maintenance and operation of our properties, which include process facilities, laboratories, offices, and technical spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and repairs of properties and technical systems, identify and address problems, and work with preventive maintenance in the form of care and inspection rounds. Jobs are managed and documented in the operations and maintenance system MaintMaster.
• Monitoring and alarm management: Monitor that the facility operates optimally and safely via our control system Desigo CC.
• Contact with contractors: Coordinate and supervise work performed by external contractors, ensure they comply with our safety standards and quality requirements, and act as a contact person between contractors and internal departments.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and without disruptions to operations.
• Safety: Ensure that safety regulations and procedures are followed, conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, and take measures to minimize risks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education in property technology and several years of work experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of properties, preferably industrial properties. To succeed in this role, you need to have a B driver's license and good driving experience. You should have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You also need basic general technical knowledge of, for example, HVAC, cooling, heating, and systematic fire protection work. It is highly meritorious if you have experience working in control systems. As a person, you should be able to work both independently and in a team and be able to make your own decisions. You have good collaboration and communication skills, are solution-oriented, proactive, and have a structured approach to work.
