Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist Maintenance & Investments, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and driving the maintenance operations with a focus on operational reliability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. In this role, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 9 people and will be part of the local management team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Personnel - lead and develop the maintenance team
• Strategic Planning - develop and implement maintenance strategies and investment planning
• Process Optimization - drive continuous improvements in maintenance processes, techniques, and systems with a focus on LEAN, SMED, and 5S.
• Safety & Environment - ensure that maintenance work is carried out in accordance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Project Management - responsible for projects, installations, and investments
• Property Responsibility - responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of properties and associated outdoor areas.
• Quality Monitoring/Analyses - in consultation with the quality manager
  

The position is full-time, daytime, and is located in Lidköping.

Profile
We are looking for someone with a technical degree from a university or college and several years of experience in a leading position with a strategic focus, within maintenance or technical work - preferably from the food or manufacturing industry. You have good technical knowledge and experience in planning, improvement work, and project management, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
You have an agile and coaching leadership style where you build trust and create engagement through clarity, empathy, and communication. Your strong ability to work in a structured manner and your habit of seeing the big picture means that you contribute to the development of your area of responsibility through strategic decisions.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills, where we would like to see that you have good knowledge of the Office suite. If you also have experience with Schneider/Empiri, SAP, and AI, it is an advantage, as well as relevant standards such as ISO45001, IFS/BRC, and ISO14001.
