JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a property manager, you are responsible for the management of the municipality's property portfolio and for contact with tenants, property services, contractors, and consultants.

When actions are taken in the properties, you lead the entire process from procurement of consultants to final inspection.

You have an overarching technical and economic responsibility for the properties you manage. This includes operation, maintenance, and management issues regarding the entire property, both internal and external environments.

In the role of system manager for our property system Pythagoras, you lead the management and continuous development of the system. You coordinate training, handle requirements and requests, and analyze and develop work processes in the system.

This assignment, with many complex tasks, requires solid industry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in property management or other relevant education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of property law, PBL, Pythagoras, work environment BAS-P, and BAS-U.

You have at least 3 years of experience in the industry as a manager or in a similar field and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are a creative team player with a commitment to your work. As a person, you are structured with the ability to work with multiple work processes simultaneously. The role also requires that you are communicative and service-oriented.
