We are currently looking for a technical property manager for our client in Gothenburg. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2026-04-27 or by agreement.

We are looking for someone who wants to work for a company with a strong focus on sustainable living and long-term goals. Our client's business idea is to build, manage, and acquire attractive and environmentally friendly rental apartments in larger cities. They do not build to sell but retain and manage the properties themselves, which makes issues such as quality, sustainability, and comfort even more important. With them, you will contribute to creating homes and vibrant neighborhoods where people truly want to live.

Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the ongoing management of the properties. Responsible for technical management and warranty issues and drive these towards tenants and contractors. Responsible for the development of operation and service agreements in consultation with the property manager. Monitor the execution of ongoing management services such as cleaning, property maintenance, and operations. Responsible for and distribute error reports and handle insurance matters and other issues related to the operation and maintenance of the properties.

Be the contact person for tenants and be responsible for information and communication with them. Order operational and maintenance measures according to the company's routines and ensure that regulatory inspections are carried out on each property. Responsible for the apartments' connections regarding hot water, electricity billing, as well as TV and broadband. Review invoices for the properties and manage invoicing to tenants. Conduct move-out inspections and show apartments as needed. Handle energy issues, such as cold apartments or other deviations.

About you

• Several years of experience in technical management
• Experience in residential management

Desired personal qualities: Independent and takes responsibility for driving work forward. Structured with a good ability to plan and prioritize. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Communicative and clear in both speech and writing.
