Welcome to Sandhultsbostäder and Toarpshus

AB Sandhultsbostäder is a small company with rental properties in Sandhult, Sjömarken, and Sandared, fully owned by Borås City. Today, we have 297 apartments in our area managed by both our own staff and local contractors.

AB Toarpshus is also a wholly owned property company of Borås City with 460 apartments in the towns of Dalsjöfors, Dannike, Målsryd, Rångedala, Äspered, and Gånghester. This company is managed in the same way as AB Sandhultsbostäder.

The demand for housing in our areas remains good, and therefore the company must also follow this development.

We will contribute to developing and actively working to ensure that our areas are perceived as attractive places to live and work in.

The companies currently have a total of five employees with an office in Sandared.

The role of customer and rental administrator

You will independently be responsible for and assist with questions primarily concerning customers and rentals. Your tasks mainly consist of:

- Advertising and renting apartments

- Reporting issues and customer contact via phone, email, and visits to the office

- Entering and following up on issue reports in the property system, Momentum

- Point of contact for property managers and contractors

- Key management and purchasing

- Developing processes and routines within administration, such as property systems and websites

- Statistics and information management

You will work closely with the company's financial manager and CEO. You will be responsible for various rental and customer-related tasks at the office, such as guiding, documenting, and answering questions via phone, email, or visits to the office. Additionally, other tasks may need to be performed as needed.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work as a customer or rental administrator. We prefer that you have a post-secondary education or equivalent in economics or administration. You should be able to work independently with the entire rental process and feel confident in your role. You should also be able to meet customers and people in various situations and provide service.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and positive. Since you will be an important cog in a smaller office, this means you have a broad responsibility, which requires you to be solution-focused and flexible.

The position we are looking for: Temporary, full-time.

The temporary position is time-limited and is expected to start in March and last throughout 2026, with the possibility of extension.
