We are now looking for an experienced accounts assistant with solid experience in accounts receivable for a temp-to-perm recruitment. This means that for the first six months you will be employed as a consultant at Newr, with the aim of subsequently transitioning into a direct employment with the client company. The start date is in mid-August.  About the assignment

You will be part of an accounts receivable team and work closely with colleagues in the finance department. The assignment is located at the headquarters in southern Stockholm. There is an option for hybrid work.  

Examples of tasks:

• Customer payments and handling reminders
• Credit assessments of new and existing customers
• Registration of new customers
• Collection cases
• Invoicing of late payment interest
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable 
• Provision for doubtful receivables
• Aging analyses and customer follow-ups
• Contribute to development, improvements, and support
• Support the accounts payable team as needed

Your profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably from a larger organization. You are confident in your professional role, meticulous, and have a solution-oriented approach.

You need to have:

• Several years of experience as an accounts assistant primarily in accounts receivable but also in accounts payable
• Fluent Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form
• Very good system skills and knowledge of Excel - Able to create pivot tables
• Experience with the Business Central ERP system is a plus
