We are glad you found us!

Do you want to work with something meaningful and feel comfortable meeting people? Then the role of funeral advisor at Lavendla might be right for you.

We are looking for both experienced advisors who want to take the next step in their career – and those who are new to the profession but have the right personality and drive. For those who are new, training is required before you start taking your own assignments. However, if you are already experienced, you can get started right away.

With us, you work as a self-employed funeral advisor with great freedom to decide when and how much you want to work. You need to be able to take responsibility for your tasks, make your own decisions, and be flexible when it comes to meeting customers where they wish. In this role, you help people through one of life's hardest moments and contribute to our vision: to make the difficult easier.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A confident and empathetic person who quickly inspires trust.
  • A problem solver with a strong service mindset and customer focus.
  • Familiar with working digitally and can handle multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with sales conversations about price and finance.

You manage your own work as a self-employed person, but with support from colleagues and our dedicated customer service. You follow the customer all the way – from the first contact to invoiced cases – which makes your role both responsible and meaningful.

We would also like you to further your education in inheritance inventory in the long run, so that you can guide the customer through the entire process.

It is a plus if you speak multiple languages. More about Lavendla Lavendla is an innovative company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Everything we do is permeated by our desire to make the difficult easier. Our platform supports over 120 funeral advisors and lawyers across the country. A platform that facilitates new assignments and manages the administration around funerals and legal matters. We are the industry's fastest-growing company, setting the framework for the future's offerings in funerals and family law.

Welcome to apply here – we look forward to hearing from you!
