In this role, you will be part of our unpretentious team of 18 employees who work to provide the best possible support to our self-employed clients. Our support team works together to create a dynamic and supportive work environment, where we constantly strive to find new ways to assist our self-employed clients. In this role, you will primarily handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing both problem-solving and guidance to the self-employed. The role contributes to our mission of enabling all self-employed individuals to focus on what they do best while you develop and learn new things every day.

Your Personality and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education, preferably with a focus on administration or economics.
• Previous experience in a similar role, service professions / administrative work.
• You communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• You master additional languages, both verbally and in writing, beyond Swedish and English.
• You are accustomed to working with phone, email, and chat and addressing customers in a professional manner.

• Be solution-oriented and quickly identify and solve problems to provide the best possible service.
• Be outgoing and enjoy meeting people.
• Have a high degree of accuracy and responsibility, with the ability to ensure that each inquiry is handled correctly and efficiently.

Conditions

• Start date by agreement.
• Current working hours are 08:45–17:00. Working hours may be adjusted in connection with a possible extension of our opening hours.
• Location Stockholm.
• After training, there is an opportunity for some remote work.
