About the position

This is a consulting assignment for 9 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that the company intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. This gives both you and the company a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

The company provides logistics services to customers in various industries, including the automotive and manufacturing sectors. They are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to efficient logistics flows and satisfied customers. As a transport administrator, you will be part of a team characterized by close collaboration and good community.

Responsibilities

In the role of transport administrator, you will work with document management related to incoming/outgoing piece goods for shipments from Europe. This includes handling customs documents, trailer notifications, administration for loading import shipments, and contact with partners to ensure the delivery process. As an administrator, you will have a communicative role where you will daily interact with internal and external stakeholders, including European sister companies and the company's own customer service department. You will operate in an international environment and use English daily. Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Previous administrative experience • Education or experience in the transport and logistics industry/customs handling is an advantage • You have good computer and system skills • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English We believe that you who are applying are a person with a sense of structure and detail who enjoys close collaboration with others.
