Job Responsibilities
As a Support Employee, you will provide technical support and guidance to Klipboard's customers using their business system DäckData. You are an important part of the support team and handle incoming cases via the support portal, email, and phone. The role suits you if you are solution-oriented, service-minded, and thrive in a dynamic environment where every customer contact is an opportunity to make a difference.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with a high level of service
- Send accessories and equipment to customers
- Proactively follow up and resolve cases
- Ensure that cases are handled according to the company's SLA
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Experience in customer service
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in inside sales is a plus
- Experience from the industry is a plus
To thrive in the role, you are service-oriented, proactive, and communicative. You have a genuine interest in technology and customer satisfaction and work systematically even when the pace is high. You are also curious about developing and improving processes, both independently and together with the team.

Start: Immediately, considering notice period Location: Malmö (hybrid, 3 days in the office and the possibility of 2 days at home) Salary: According to agreement
