ROLE DESCRIPTION 

As a systems engineer in development projects with our client, you will be responsible for ensuring deliveries, making sure you have the necessary conditions through planning, task distribution, and project delivery, while acting in accordance with fundamental values and purposes.

To thrive in this central role, the ability to build strong relationships is crucial, both within your department and towards other parts of the organization, and of course, a technical background from development projects.

In your role as a systems engineer, you may be responsible for:

• Developing and analyzing system requirements.
• Defining system architecture and design.
• Collaborating in system safety work.
• Planning and leading system integration.
• Defining verification and validation strategy at the system level and subsystem.
• Planning and leading verification and validation activities at the system level.
• Coordinating verification activities between different disciplines.
• Following up on requirement coverage and test results.
• Supporting all disciplines within system integration, such as human factors, system safety, functionality, reliability, maintainability, and logistics.

To fit this role, you MUST have:

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent education or experience deemed equivalent.
• Experience working with system or product development.
• Experience/understanding of HW/SW testing.
• Swedish citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Good understanding of requirements specification and requirements setting.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To fit this role, you SHOULD have:

• Experience working with system specification and/or verification.
• Previous experience developing, writing, and/or reviewing technical documents.
• Knowledge from close work with software development and/or hardware development.
• Experience working with/supplier management.
• Skilled in planning with the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively to meet established deadlines.
• Experience from the defense industry.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Employment type: permanent full-time position. 6 months probationary period applies.
• Start date according to agreement.
