At Nordic Polytech Group in Trelleborg, you will work with advanced plastic machining, robot-controlled processes, and technical problem-solving in a team where imagination and technology meet.

About the role
In this role, you will be a key person in our manufacturing process. You will develop programs and preparations for our multi-axis lathes and milling machines, focusing on both production efficiency and top quality.

You will collaborate closely with technicians, designers, and operators to create optimal solutions, from idea to finished product. Here, you will work with both series production and prototypes – perfect for you who thrive when new things happen every day.

Your tasks

• CAM preparation and programming in Mastercam or equivalent systems
• Setting up and monitoring robots, lathes, and CNC machines
• Reading drawings and modeling in CAD environment (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Control measurement and verification of details against drawings
• Development of work methods and process improvements together with the technical team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed a 3-year technical education or equivalent
• Is curious, interested in technology, and enjoys solving problems
• Thrives in a team where humility and collaboration are at the center

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• CAM preparation, programming, and reading drawings
• CNC machining, milling, or turning
• Multi-axis milling/turning or hybrid machines
• Automation and robotics
• Working in Mastercam or SolidWorks

• A technically creative team where seven colleagues already work in similar roles
• A modern production environment with a very high degree of automation
• Opportunity to participate in trade shows and technology projects
• Daytime or 2-shift work, with every other Friday off
