Bravida Prenad is a secure and growing company with an increased order intake for various service projects, which is why we need to strengthen our team with an experienced team captain as Service Manager for our VS operations. Our service unit within VS works to serve customers in both large and small VS projects as well as various types of service projects.

The Role of Service Manager VS
As Service Manager with us, you will have the opportunity to shape and build the current organization/business, as well as drive the future development of our service units. Our service operations currently consist of about 40 installers and 4 service leaders distributed across two of our companies, Prenad VS and Bravida VS, for which you will have full personnel responsibility. About half of our service operations are concentrated at our regional office in Helsingborg, while the rest is distributed across local offices in Höganäs, Klippan, and Hässleholm.

It is important for us that you, as our new Service Manager, are a confident and natural team captain with well-developed management and leadership skills. You support and coach your employees within the daily operational activities.

The role also involves working closely with customers. Together with your service leaders, you will be responsible for our deliveries and ensuring that assignments are carried out in the best possible way. You will also drive the development of new offerings to customers. Together with the service leaders, you will nurture existing customer relationships while also working on acquiring new customers. The role also includes responsibility for purchasing materials, equipment, and services.

As Service Manager, you will be the face of the unit. The role gives you great opportunities to influence its content and character, as well as the direction in which you want to organize and develop the work for yourself, the employees, and our service unit.

We are a company with short decision-making paths. With us, you will have the opportunity to participate in various types of service assignments, ranging from overall responsibility for larger housing companies to smaller service projects for construction companies, industry, shopping centers, etc. You will report directly to our department manager for VS, with whom you will also share budget responsibility for the unit.

The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary. Start date is immediate according to agreement. A driver's license is required for this position.

Suitable Previous Experience and Competencies
For the position, it is primarily important that you have broad industry experience, preferably with previous experience in a similar role where you have had full personnel responsibility and responsibility for service deliveries. We would like you to have education in VS or another technically related field that we consider equivalent, either at the high school or university level.

You currently possess very good knowledge in economics, calculations, and procurement, as well as previous leadership experience and negotiation skills. Furthermore, you have good system and computer skills.
