E.ON in Sweden is part of the international energy group E.ON SE, headquartered in Essen, Germany. The group employs around 70,000 people in 17 countries. In Sweden, around 2,100 dedicated employees work. Our Nordic headquarters is located in Malmö. In Sweden, we deliver electricity, heat, and smart energy solutions to over one million households and businesses. E.ON's role is to take responsibility and drive development forward, enabling more people to transition. With our investments and our customers' willingness to contribute, we work to continue electrifying society and meet future energy needs.

Welcome to us at E.ON – and become part of the energy transition. In collaboration with our customers and partners, we ensure that electricity and heat are produced, used, and recycled smarter. If you have passion and believe in the power of working together, E.ON is the place for you.

About us At E.ON, we drive real change. We work to create a safe, fossil-free, and sustainable energy future for people, businesses, and communities. Here, you will encounter a culture characterized by courage, care, and curiosity – where we challenge old ways of working, take responsibility for the whole, and build the future together.

The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is part of Business Transformation and is responsible for governance models, portfolio work, and development processes for the organization's development portfolio. We are in an exciting phase where we strengthen structure, clarity, and common ways of working, and here you, along with your five colleagues in the team, play a central role.

About the position As a Process Coordinator, you will have a central and practical role where you contribute to keeping the development portfolio together and creating and ensuring order, structure, and clarity in our flows. You will work closely with our program and project managers, supporting both planning, documentation, and communication.

You are the link that gets things done – an important piece of the puzzle in translating strategy into concrete operational work.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and produce documentation, planning, and follow-up in the development portfolio and maintain documentation

  • Support PMO, project managers, and programs in structure, planning, and practical matters

  • Document, visualize, and improve our processes and ways of working

  • Create clarity in the information flow between PMO, programs, and other stakeholders

  • Communicate changes and contribute to ensuring that development initiatives land correctly

You will work closely with several departments and help prepare materials, structure work, and keep the whole together. The role is varied, with a mix of coordination, communication, visualization, and practical support.

Your experiences To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in project coordination, project support, portfolio support, or similar roles where you have worked with structure, planning, and documentation. You have preferably worked in a PPM tool like Antura and enjoy being hands-on when it comes to entering data, creating documentation, and following up on activities. Experience with Excel is a plus, and you like to use it as a tool to structure and visualize information when needed. You have experience in driving your own area of responsibility, have taken initiatives, and are used to being the one who gets things done. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and inspires others with their positive energy and can-do attitude. You see changes as opportunities, take initiatives with confidence, and are curious to learn new things to develop together with us.

You may have a background in administration, project management, finance, or engineering – but we are open to many different paths here. What matters is that you are structured, curious, communicative, and enjoy contributing to order and clarity. You express yourself well in speech and writing and are comfortable working on multiple parallel tasks. Experience in change management or business development is a plus.

What is it like with us? With us, you will meet an engaged team where ideas are welcomed, perspectives are valued, and where we are curious about each other's thoughts, close collaboration, and a lot of humor. We are in a phase where we are building structures, creating clarity, and challenging old ways of working – and we do it together. We work selflessly and are careful to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their strengths.

Your manager Kajsa leads the team with trust, security, and clear frameworks and gives significant autonomy while supporting when needed. She is present as a sounding board and appreciates employees who take initiative, drive issues forward, and dare to challenge and create clarity. Humor, care, and an inclusive culture are essential parts of her leadership, and she values that the team has fun together while delivering quality and courage.

At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion - it is crucial to drive the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe working environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We continuously challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace, where we hope you will thrive.

We work for a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to care for their personal sustainability. Therefore, we offer good benefits to ensure you feel good and have a good balance between work and leisure. Some of these include working hours reduction that is higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more!

Warm welcome to apply and join us on the path to a sustainable society! The application deadline is December 8.
